Our company specializes in commercial tenant improvement and boutique residential projects in the lower mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. In addition to general contracting services, we operate our own custom millwork shop. This allows us to control the crucial and often time-sensitive element of cabinetry, allowing our clients to open their businesses sooner instead of missing out on potential revenue on account of an unexpected delay near the end of their project.

Our mission, which we have been able to realize for a growing list of loyal and prominent clients, is simply to provide a responsive, efficient, high-quality, and transparent construction process from start to finish. We have never spent a single dollar on advertising in nearly four decades. Our business has been built through referrals and word-of-mouth based on the strength of our work.

 

We count ourselves lucky to have a core team of professionals in our shop and on-site who have been with us for a minimum of 20 years, making our operation that of a true family and allowing us to perform in a predictable and repeatable fashion from project to project.
