Our company specializes in commercial tenant improvement and boutique residential projects in the lower mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. In addition to general contracting services, we operate our own millwork shop, allowing us to control the crucial and often time-sensitive element of cabinetry that is so often the difference between our clients being able to open their new business on time instead of missing out on potential revenue.

Our mission, which we have been able to realize for a growing list of loyal and prominent clients, is simply to provide a responsive, efficient, high-quality, and transparent construction process from start to finish. We have never spent a single dollar on advertising, having been fortunate to build our business over decades solely on word-of-mouth and referrals based on the strength of our work. We count ourselves even luckier to have a core team of professional in our shop and on-site who have been with us for a minimum of 20 years, making our operation that of a true family.
